South Sydney is the head office, and the role will require you to work onsite at the client offices.Role Responsibilities:Support and troubleshoot AV systems on-siteFirst line support of the service desk,



reviewing inbound enquires and service requestsProviding technical support to clients IT infrastructure environmentOffer high levels of customer service and communication skills to enterprise clientTroubleshooting meeting room workplace- Up to 100+Requirements:Has 2+ years in an AV & IT support roleHave worked in a technical support role and be used to providing external clients technical adviceBe able to work from home as this is a high breed set up with a mix of office and home working weeklyHave a positive proactive attitude, the team are real go getters and want someone that matches their energyAustralian permeant residency or citizenship required as the company are not looking to sponsorTruly a energetic business that has managed to kick some incredible goals over the last few years and want someone to come on board for the journey.
