About You
Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and CareMinimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership positionMust be available to work 5 days a weekA Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtainCurrent First Aid Certificate or willing to obtainIn depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the childrenProvide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heightsHave strong communication skills written and verbal
