An exciting prospect for an experienced Bosun has become available on our world class Superyacht.
Based out of the picturesque Gold Coast this is a unique chance for an experienced Bosun to join our team.
Although based out of the Gold Coast the role will involve travelling with the vessel on principally domestic voyages.
The successful candidate will have experience in this role and preferably hold an Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) Able Seafarer- Deck Rating or an integrated Rating Certificate of Proficiency (CoP), along with an AMSA Certificate of Safety Training (CoST) (STCW) or equivalent qualficiation.
Duties of this Superyacht role include:
Cleanliness and maintenance of yacht
Acquiring knowledge of all equipment and maintenance products on board
Develop, execute and assist in planned maintenance and repair projects; varnishing, painting, caulking, fiberglass repair
Guest liaison for water sports
Continued education and licensing
Market or Industry Renumeration Package is available for the candidate and will be based on the candidates skills and experience.e
