Role OverviewProvide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
Deliver exceptional support to end users, including VIP and executive stakeholders.What You Will DoConfigure, deploy, upgrade, and decommission end‐user devices.
Manage user accounts, access requests, and identity services through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Provision and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM.
