One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Scrum Master in Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
Guide the team in becoming high-performing and self-managing, while promoting accountability and ownership.
Support the team in delivering high-quality increments that meet the Definition of Done (DoD) and align with PI objectives.
Ensure team commitments are realistic and met, using data-driven insights and proactive facilitation to manage scope, capacity, and dependencies.
Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure they are productive and time boxed.
Track and improve flow, velocity, and predictability using team metrics and agile health indicators.
