Retail Security Officer – Sydney, NSW
CONSTANT Security is currently recruiting for Retail Security Officers to support multiple sites across retail store locations in Sydney / Parramatta / Chatswood.
If you have experience in retail, crowd control, excellent conflict management skills, a solid presence, and the ability to handle a variety of situations, you may be exactly who we're looking for.
These roles are designed to support store teams in preventing theft, managing unacceptable behaviour, and maintaining a secure and secure environment, requiring proactive and motivated officers.
Key Duties
High-visibility presence at entrances and registers
Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Liaising with store management and team members
Assisting staff with difficult or challenging customers
Proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displaying mental health concerns
Conducting random and targeted bag searches in line with client procedures
Assisting with emergency management and response
Completing detailed incident reports as required

Requirements
Valid Security Officer Licence (NSW)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Driver's Licence
RSA
