About The Role
As a Fruit and Veg Manager ADM, you will support leading the department, including inventory routines, food safety, date code adherence, promotional planning, and seasonal planning.
The ADM also leads in the manager's absence.
All candidates will undergo a pre‐employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.
What You'll Do
Assist in managing daily operations within the department.
Work with the Fruit and Veg Manager on business‐as‐usual tasks and exploring current prospects.
Additionally, partner with the eCom team to maximise efficiencies and ensure complete orders with the freshest quality.
Help ensure adherence to safety and food safety standards, maintaining full compliance.
Support payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate team payments.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure fresh, high‐quality products and accurate order fulfilment.
Assist in driving improvements by working with peers and other CFC teams.
Support rostering and training efforts, ensuring compliance with EA and training requirements.




Help coach and develop team members to ensure future talent growth.
What You'll Bring
Fruit and Veg trading department management experience.
Experience in best inventory management practices.
Experience in promotional planning.
Knowledge of online order fulfilment processes and systems.
Understanding of outbound transport processes.
Experience working to a budget to achieve business targets including CODB and throughput.
Previous experience leading and developing a diverse team.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing the performance, development and engagement of team members.
Computer literate.
