Service Managers oversee the delivery and support of IT tools and services to users throughout the organisation, and sometime to external users as well.
They look for opportunties to improve service delivery support and ensure it meets user and business needs.Key duties and responsibilities.




The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:Managing project risks and issues and escalating as appropriate;Managing project resources;Liaising with technical teams to analyse and implement change to integrate the Service Graph Connectors with CMDB.Designing, reconciling and optimising identification for reliability and high quality work;Reviewing discovery schedules, discovery status, and processing validation to ensure authoritative and correct correlated CIs are updated and to minimised duplication.
