An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a highly regarded insurance practice working across complex disputes and sensitive special issues matters.
This role sits within a collaborative and high-performing team acting for sophisticated institutional clients on high-profile and meaningful work.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of Insurance/Injury/Abuse experience, including sensitive personal injury and abuse-related claims, while working closely with respected leaders in the field.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and advising on complex insurance and dispute matters
Conducting legal research and providing commercially focused advice
Reviewing case law and legislative developments
Managing client relationships and delivering strategic outcomes
Handling sensitive and challenging matters with professionalism and empathy
Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team
The ideal candidate will have:
Approximately 2+ years' PAE in insurance litigation,
personal injury or related disputes
Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Robust commercial acumen and a practical approach to problem solving
A genuine interest in building a long-term career within insurance litigation
