Responsibilities:
Full ownership of operational HR administrative duties: on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, recruitment, dealing with employee HR queries, and other related admin duties;
Supporting full end-to-end recruitment, promoting collaborative approaches to achieve the strategic and operational priorities of the business ensuring the attraction and engagement of a quality workforce;
Partner with people leaders and provide support in the effective delivery of people strategies and hands‐on management of people issues in the business;




Be the first point of contact for all internal and external HR related enquiries.
Respond as appropriate utilising knowledge of HR frameworks, policies and systems;
Manage various reports and other related documents;
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of related experience in a similar HR generalist role with operational responsibility;
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources is desired but not essential;
Experience in the construction machinery or similar industry is preferred;
Good knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Fair Work and HR best practices in Australia;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a energetic team;
Solid organisational and time management skills.
