The role involves a 0.6 FTE part‐time load spread across four days per week, including Saturdays.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage team sports across multiple sports for students in Years K‐12Manage sport representative oathways, trials, matches, and training sessionsCollaborate with the Sports Department team to deliver and attend sports carnivals and eventsManage facility bookings, equipment,



and weekly competition schedulesCommunicate with coaches, parents, students, and officialsImplement risk management procedures across a variety of venuesAssist in driving participation numbers and sport performanceSkills and QualificationsWillingness to work across various sports, including badminton, netball, hockey and/or basketballPrevious experience working in schools (highly beneficial)Understanding of IGSA representative sports pathways (highly beneficial)Excellent organisational, administration, time‐management, and communication skillsAbility to organise sports programs, trials, training, and gamesAvailability to work outside of regular school hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, Saturdays, non‐term time, and sports trips/toursAppropriate tertiary qualifications in sport or a related discipline and/or equivalent industry experienceCurrent First Aid and CPR certificateWorking With Children Check clearance (provide number and date of birth)
