Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM start, 10-hour days (50-hour weeks)
Pay Rate:
Up to $70/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Supervisor to lead our workshop team, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with extensive experience in underground earthmoving machinery repairs and rebuilds.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team to ensure the efficient completion of workshop tasks.
Oversee repairs and rebuilds of heavy earthmoving equipment, including Caterpillar, Sandvik, Epiroc, Normet, and Volvo machinery.
Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all work meets company and client expectations.
Foster a strong team workplace, developing effective relationships among team members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Provide technical guidance and support to workshop employees.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure operational effectiveness.




Skills & Qualifications
Relevant nationally recognized trade qualification.
Experience specializing in underground earthmoving machinery repairs and rebuilds.
Robust knowledge and hands-on experience with heavy earthmoving equipment.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Cert III in Heavy Diesel or Drill Fitting is essential.
MUST have underground experience.
