About The Role
Right now, we are looking for a Return to Work Advisor to join the team.
This is a permanent full‐time role.
Preferred experience in injury management, however, we are open to candidates with skills that align to the role.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinate a return to work to pre-injury duties by working with the injured worker,



their representatives, host clients, relevant insurers, and others as appropriate to achieve positive RTW outcomes.
Work collaboratively with managers on all aspects of activities concerning return to work, rehabilitation initiatives, reasonable adjustments, injury prevention and protected return to work after a workplace injury has occurred.
Maintain information and processes within the organisation's Injury Management Software.
Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders for a greater return to work outcome.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a self‐starter with a drive to deliver and be passionate about helping others succeed.
You will also have:
Demonstrated experience in a return to work and/or injury management position would be highly regarded but not essential.
Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously.
Highly proficient in the use of technologies; Microsoft suite of products, and online injury management software.
