Site Supervisor
We have an opening for a site supervisor on a full time basis working on commercial construction projects.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in supervising commercial construction work sites from inception through to completion.
Duties & Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Supervise the construction of commercial projects ranging in value from $500, to $5,000,.
Co-ordinate, supervise, manage and integrate the work of sub-contractors.
Respond to queries from suppliers / sub-contractors in conjunction with the project managers.
Preparation of long and short term construction programs in conjunction with managers.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality control.
Have a keen eye for detail and a high standard of quality management.
Safety and environmental awareness.




Manage in office OHS documentation and site inductions via App and abide by HSW Act, Regulations and Building Code.
Requirements Include (but not limited to):
Must have a current South Australian driver's licence.
Construction White Card and First Aid certificate (current).
A good level of computer literacy.
Have a thorough understanding of building methodologies, HSW Act, legislation and building code standards.
Salary is negotiable and dependent on level of skills and experience.
