About The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high‐quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare's values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including showering, dressing, toileting and grooming.
Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation.
Observe,



record and report vital signs and changes in condition.
Provide basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds.
Conduct assessments and document care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team.
What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration and a diploma of enrolled nursing.
Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards.
Adaptable, passionate and eager to learn.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Friendly, clear and effective communication abilities.
