As the face of our National Australian Office, you'll create a positive experience for employees, visitors, and stakeholders while ensuring our workplace operates smoothly every day.
From reception and facilities coordination to workplace events and office administration, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging, well‐run environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a qualified and welcoming front‐of‐house experience for visitors and stakeholders.Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with a strong customer service focus.Coordinate facilities, maintenance, office suppliers, and workplace safety requirements.Maintain meeting rooms, shared spaces, office supplies, and day‐to‐day office operations.Support workplace events, employee engagement initiatives,



and leadership activities.Assist with onboarding, travel coordination, and general administration.Identify prospects to improve workplace experience, processes, and efficiency.About youExperience in a reception, workplace coordinator, office coordinator, or similar role.A customer‐first mindset and passion for creating great experiences.Solid organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Professional, approachable, and confident in your communication style.Highly discreet, proactive, and solutions‐focused.Why Join Us?
