This is a hands-on, case-focused role supporting managers and employees across Australia and Recent Zealand on all things workplace relations.You'll be the frontline point of contact for performance challenges, conduct matters, and workplace investigations — bringing both legal knowledge and genuine empathy to every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting low-to-moderate complexity workplace investigations (retaliation, conduct, performance, hostile work workplace) and producing clear, objective reportsCoaching managers through difficult performance conversations and helping design documentation aligned to ANZ employment lawMediating interpersonal conflict before it escalates,



with neutrality and careSupporting employees through sensitive or crisis situations in partnership with relevant stakeholdersMaintaining case tracking tools, producing trend reporting, and contributing to continuous process improvement across the ANZ ER functionIdeal Candidate5+ years in an ER, HR, or related role with direct experience in workplace investigations and/or performance managementStrong working knowledge of Australian and/or Recent Zealand employment lawA calm, composed presence in emotionally charged situations — you're the kind of person people trustExperience with HR ticketing systems and HRIS platforms; ServiceNow familiarity a bonusExcellent written communication and report-writing skillsComfortable working autonomously and managing your own caseload
