The role has a strong emphasis on product renovation and continuous improvement, while also supporting recent product initiatives from concept through to commercialisation.Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer expectations, and align with commercial and manufacturing requirements.Coordinating product development projects from concept through to launchSupporting product renovation, reformulation, and continuous improvement activitiesAssisting with product trials, scale-up, and commercial productionDeveloping and maintaining product specifications and technical documentationLiaising with suppliers, manufacturing, quality,



and commercial teams throughout project deliverySupporting artwork, labelling, and product compliance activitiesCoordinating project timelines and ensuring key milestones are achievedAssisting with ingredient evaluations and product benchmarkingSupporting customer briefs and technical project requirementsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects in a fast-paced FMCG environment while working closely with a team-oriented product development team.Skills & ExperienceTertiary qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related disciplinePrevious experience in product development within an FMCG or food manufacturing environmentExperience supporting end-to-end NPD or product renovation projectsStrong organisational and project coordination skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesUnderstanding of food manufacturing processes and product commercialisationA proactive approach with solid attention to detail and continuous improvement mindsetExperience with retailer-facing products or private label development will be highly regarded
