Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Event Graphic Designer / Interior Designer to join our Melbourne team.
This role involves designing and executing visual elements across events and activations, including graphics, branding, signage and interior layouts.
You will work closely with the creative and production teams to develop concepts, refine ideas and deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple projects.
Top Experience Required
A strong and well-developed design aesthetic
Proven qualified work experience of at least 3 years
Formal training or skilled experience in Graphic Design or Interior Design, ideally both
Ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling and functional designs




Key Responsibilities
Design and develop event design and conceptualisation, branding assets, signage, and spatial layouts
Create clear, accurate, and visually engaging 3D representations of event and spatial concepts
Produce design documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with team members to meet creative, technical, and production requirements
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site setting
Skills and Experience
Strong 3D rendering capability is essential, with the ability to visualise event spaces and concepts accurately and creatively
High-level experience using CAD and SketchUp
Strong proficiency in graphic design and visual communication
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience in logo design, branding and typography
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a hands-on, on-site workplace
Qualifications
A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or Interior Design, ideally with experience across both disciplines, is preferred.
