Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Patient and Family Liaison to join the Fiona Stanley and Fremantle Hospitals Group.
The role involves managing and evaluating the Patient and Family Liaison Service, including the investigation, management and conciliation of consumer complaints and feedback, education and training in person‐centred care and consumer participation strategies.
