Provide high‐quality day‐to‐day care and support




Encourage participants to try current experiences and build confidence
Support participants to develop healthy habits and meaningful routines
Celebrate achievements, big and small, to make every day feel purposeful
Foster independence, choice, and self‐expression
Use your initiative to problem‐solve and create engaging, positive participant experiences
Collaborate with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve goals
Who You Are
Cert III in Individual Disability Support (or equivalent)
First Aid and CPR certifications
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Robust communication skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to challenges
Availability Requirements
This will be discussed at interview.
