with shifts across weekends and weekdays.Key Responsibilities:Supervising incidents and that the guards are correctly attending and investigating incidents.Liaising with clients and staff and identifying staff that require training or performance managementPatrolling designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and propertyProviding a skilled and courteous customer service experienceAdhering to all relevant security protocols and proceduresRespond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support.Assess and respond to situations of risk.To be successful in this role, you will need:A valid Security LicenseBasic First Aid and CPR certificationPrevious experience in a retail environment (highly regarded)Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shiftsA good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role)Reliable transportation (preferred).
The ability to follow instructions and work independentlyStrong attention to detailA proven track record of reliability and punctualityYou must have valid work rights in Australia.
