This position is to focuses on their well‐respected injectable portfolio and their high‐end modality for skin tightening in the Gold Coast.The RoleAs the Business Development Manager you will:Develop relationships with key customers that result in positive sales outcomesAchieve or exceed sales targets for products in the assigned territoryAssist clinic owners in their business development to maximise returns on their investmentManage the key accounts across The Gold Coast and Northern NSW by effective territory penetration,



coverage and account identification to drive salesSome regional travel will be required but minimalDevelop strong partnerships with aesthetic businesses helping them to achieve their business goals through the use of your productsWork collaboratively with the other BDMs in QLD, company trainers, MSLs and other internal and external stakeholdersArrange and conduct sales demonstrations, training, workshops and presentations of product to customersAttend relevant industry conferencesAbout youSuccessful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare or BusinessPrevious proven success selling aesthetic medical devices or aesthetic injectablesHave a solid business mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to build business relationships to drive resultsBe energetic, driven, and demonstrate initiative along with a strong customer focusSuccessful team player with an absolute passion for aestheticsThe BenefitsA substantial base salary and flexi allowanceCar allowance, superannuation and generous bonus structureWorld‐class training and career prospectsOpportunity to enter the medical aesthetics marketOnly candidates with full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence will be considered.
