About The Role
Gaming Attendant – a proactive role focused on creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations, and engaging guests with our products.
A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Attendant
Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments they'll never forget.
Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centred on safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You
Excellent with people, detail and communication; motivated to make magic happen for guests and teammates.
A team player with adaptable availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.

Inherent Requirements
Hands‐on role involving manual handling and lifting (moving stock, kegs, deliveries) – ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
