Its mission is to empower businesses by inspiring growth, collaboration, and community engagement.Role DescriptionThe Sales & Marketing Manager will coordinate and execute marketing strategies and assist the Event Manager on planning to promote and enhance Showcase SA's initiatives.
Key responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating promotional materials, and organizing member events and career development programs.
The manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of all initiatives and uphold the organization's brand positioning.
The goal is to build the Showcase SA membership community.This is a full time,



on-site role based in Adelaide, South Australia.QualificationsSkills Supporting the Event Manager in event planning, coordination, and executionSkills in utlising the use of AI to improve productivityExcellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skillsstrong people skills and ability to follow up and follow throughTime management and organizational abilities for managing multiple projects and deadlinesAnalytical skills for evaluating campaign performance and event successProficiency with graphic design tools like canva, email marketing platforms like mailchimp, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Zoho and updating website listings.Ability to work collaboratively in a small energetic team environmentProven experience in marketing, events, or a related field; experience in non-profit or community-focused organizations is advantageousTertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field are highly desirable
