The chance
You enjoy using your workers compensation knowledge, relationship building and collaboration skills to make a difference. Working as part of our Member Services Team you will strategically manage a Member portfolio across NSW to support both performance and service satisfaction. You will enjoy diverse challenges, from performance analysis to training presentation; no two days are the same.
Your story
You will have previous workers compensation experience and demonstrated account management skills. You enjoy working as part of high performing team and have a natural ability to build relationships and collaborative working partnerships easily, including at an executive level. You have robust analytical and communication skills, superior time management skills with an ability to prioritise under pressure.




Most importantly you have a genuine passion for people and are energised by meeting with your Members, listening, building understanding and working collaboratively to support performance.
