About Your RoleThis role sits at the centre of injury management and wellbeing support across the business.
You'll manage end-to-end claims and recovery processes, helping drive positive return-to-work outcomes while working closely with HR, WHS, and insurance/perks teams.Your roleManage end-to-end injury and claims processes, including RTW planning and case closurePartner with income protection and rehabilitation teams on salary continuance mattersWork with HR and WHS teams to provide practical guidance and manage complex casesMaintain accurate case records, reporting, audits, and compliance requirementsCoach people managers on RTW processes, benefits, and WHS frameworksSupport delivery of broader health, safety, and wellbeing initiativesAbout youExperience in workers' compensation and injury management,
