Norton Rose Fulbright's Perth Banking and Finance work focuses on the Mining, Commodities and Infrastructure sectors across all of Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

Responsibilities
Involved in both cross‐border and domestic transactions.
Work on complex, wide-ranging and increasingly compelling deals.
Advise on project financing in the Mining and Infrastructure sectors, structured trade financing, and corporate and institutional financing.
Collaborate with partners and colleagues across the Norton Rose Fulbright network in North America, Europe and Asia on cross‐border transactions.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience within banking and finance transactions gained at a reputable national or international law firm.
At least 2+ years post‐qualification experience.
Ability to work independently and also as part of a team with multiple partners within the group.
Ability to build and grow a network and assist with business development and marketing initiatives.
Eligible to practice law in Australia.
