Ochre Strokes is a proud First Nations–led creative agency delivering culturally grounded campaigns, storytelling and creative services across government, community and purpose-driven sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across our growing portfolio of national campaigns and creative projects.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
End-to-end project planning, delivery and reporting
Managing timelines, budgets and scope
Coordinating workflow across:
Graphic Design
Social Media & Paid Campaign Specialists
Animators
Illustrators
First Nations Creative Artists
Managing the Project Coordinator
Acting as primary client contact
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
About You
You bring:
Proven project management experience (agency or campaign workplace preferred)
Strong people and workflow management skills
Experience managing multiple creative streams
Confidence in client communication and reporting
High organisation, calm leadership and accountability
Respect for First Nations cultures and cultural protocols
