This is a rare prospect to build your career in a world class team and support the defence systems that keep Australia protected.We are seeking applications for a quality focused Diving and Hyperbaric Technician based in Caringbah, NSW.Reporting to the Team Leader, the position is responsible for undertaking service and maintenance of diving support equipment, principally hyperbaric systems and military rebreathers with an exceptional focus on quality.We're looking for a passionate technically minded qualified who has an eye for detail and works diligently to ensure the quality of critical life support equipment.
Diving experience is not essential, and the role does not involve any diving responsibilities.What you'll be doing:The disassembly, testing and reassembly of a range of commercial and defence diving equipment.Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing.Carry out planned and corrective maintenance of equipment.Maintaining, following and completing paperwork such as service documentation, drawings and work instructions.Qualifications:Experience in servicing hyperbaric systems, breathing apparatus (commercial or diving equipment),
