Role Summary
The Village Duty Manager will support day‐to‐day operations of the Hayman Colleague Village, home to over 360 rooms that accommodate IHG colleagues, students, contractors and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team and oversee daily operations of the Colleague Village.
Ensure a safe, welcoming and well‐managed living environment.
Collaborate with resort departments to deliver an exceptional colleague experience.
Handle colleague enquiries, performance and tenancy matters.
Manage payroll, rostering, budgets and operational administration.
Compensation
Annual salary of $81,000.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience in staff accommodation, hotels, resorts, villages or similar settings.
Robust leadership, communication and people management skills.
Experience managing payroll, rostering, budgets or operational administration.
Proactive,



hands‐on approach with a commitment to service excellence and safety.
Luxury hotel or resort experience is desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business (desirable).
Current Queensland Driver Licence and RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
