Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a casual Cook to join our kitchen team. You will work with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours following the GYG recipe guide to deliver quality creations for our guests. Availability from 6am-12am throughout the week is preferred.
The role requires experience in a busy hospitality kitchen, a Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent, and a solid understanding of food safety. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
