high-volume, multi-outlet venue

About the Role
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, initially focused on one outlet before rotating across others
Operate within a structured,



professional environment with robust culinary systems
Manage your section and support the Sous and Head Chefs in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards
Rotating roster including evenings and weekends
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partiein a busy, high-volume venue. Would also suit junior sous chefs
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery -essential
Full working rights in Australia - essential
Solid understanding of HACCP procedures and food safety compliance
A passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to continuous learning
Experience in grill or pizza sections highly regarded; exposure to functions or events a bonus
