The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for generating and converting recent business opportunities, working closely with prospects to understand their challenges and position the right software solution.
Key responsibilities include:
Engaging inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn conversations
Conducting research to identify high-fit accounts and contacts to engage with




Running discovery calls and product conversations with prospective customers
Building strong product knowledge and articulating clear value to customers
Helping to drive referrals and repeat business from existing customers
What's In It For You
Base salary starting at $60,000-$70,000 + super depending on experience level, plus uncapped commission
Realistic first-year OTE of $90,000+, with top performers earning $120,000+
Commission paid for every deal
Structured sales training program covering SaaS fundamentals, discovery, objection handling, and closing
