BABYBOO Fashion is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead and evolve our global customer retention strategy. You will own end-to-end CRM, personalisation and lifecycle marketing, driving engagement and revenue growth across Email, SMS, Loyalty and Referral.
We value strategic thinking paired with hands-on leadership to build scalable CRM programs and a high‐performing team while collaborating with Ecommerce, Brand, Product and Data teams.
