The Position
We are proudly partnering with a well-established Australian organisation to recruit an administration role with their credit and customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration, customer service or office support who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Setting up and maintaining customer accounts and records
Responding to customer and branch enquiries via phone and email
Processing documentation and ensuring information is accurate
Liaising with internal teams to support account approvals
Updating systems and databases
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in administration, customer service or office coordination
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Has exceptional attention to detail
Is confident learning new systems and processes
Communicates professionally with customers and colleagues
Takes pride in delivering great service
Previous experience in credit, accounts or finance administration is not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person with a strong administrative mindset.
