Y Schools Queensland is recruiting a Wellbeing Case Worker on a part time, fixed-term (0.8 FTE) basis based in Acacia Ridge. The role focuses on tailored assessments and support for students, designing wellbeing programs, and collaborating with teachers to create Personal Education Plans.
You will work in a supportive team to reduce barriers to education and promote positive engagement for vulnerable young people.
