About the Role
Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the centre.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
Coach, mentor, and support the career development of your team.
Drive occupancy,



centre performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Previous experience as a Centre Manager, or solid experience as an Assistant Centre Manager ready to step into a leadership role.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Experience managing compliance, occupancy, team performance, and family relationships.
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
