MRA Search are instructed by a prestigious global law firm seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to join their high-performing disputes practice in Sydney.
The firm is widely regarded as one of the most formidable litigation practices in the global legal market, acting on landmark, high-value disputes for sophisticated clients across a broad range of industries and jurisdictions. The Sydney team works on matters that are genuinely complex, strategically significant, and often cross-border in nature, with a strong focus on construction and infrastructure disputes alongside broader commercial litigation.
The successful candidate will work closely with highly regarded litigation partners on matters spanning commercial disputes, class actions, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, and construction and infrastructure disputes. You will be involved across the full lifecycle of matters - from early strategic advice and pre-litigation planning through to trial, arbitration, and appellate proceedings, with real responsibility from the outset.

About you
3–8 years' post-qualification experience with strong exposure to commercial litigation and construction disputes
Trained at a leading domestic or international law firm
Australian-qualified with a robust academic record
Commercially astute, solutions-focused, and able to work autonomously within a close-knit, high-performing team
Robust analytical and communication skills with a genuine client service focus
