This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, improving systems and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with the Studio Manager, our coaching team, Club Fitter and management to ensure the studio operates smoothly each day.
For the right person, this role also provides a genuine pathway to becoming
Studio Manager
as the business continues to grow.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operation of the golf studio
Coordinating our administration team and daily workflow
Managing customer enquiries,



bookings and front desk operations
Supporting coaching programmes, junior clinics and club fitting appointments
Assisting with inventory administration and supplier deliveries
Maintaining studio presentation and operational standards
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and customer experience
About You
You'll be someone who:
Has previous administration or operations management experience
Enjoys leading and supporting a team
Has outstanding organisational skills
Is an excellent communicator
Takes ownership and solves problems proactively
Has an interest in golf (playing experience is highly regarded)
Experience in the golf industry is advantageous but not essential.
