Role Description
Lead the supply chain function with a focus on commercial awareness and improving business metrics.
Drive supply chain optimisation and efficiency improvements across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and procurement.
Implement and monitor KPIs to improve performance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Demand and supply planning — optimisation and continuous improvement.
S&OP; mapping, documentation, and implementation across the supply chain.
Logistics and procurement oversight.
Conduct audits and map processes to improve operational efficiency.

Deep knowledge of supply chain improvement and leadership capability.
Proven experience in demand and supply planning.
Expertise in improving forecast accuracy.
Solid commercial awareness and business metrics understanding.

About You
Proven experience in demand and supply planning, including forecasting and supply alignment.
Knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing and supplier relationship management.
Leadership capability with the ability to collaborate and drive outcomes across teams.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
