We are seeking an experienced Impact Investment Director (would also consider a senior Investment Manager) to play a key role in shaping and expanding the organisation's impact investing capability. Working closely with the Chief Investment Officer, this individual will lead the development of the impact investment strategy and measurement framework while originating, evaluating, executing and managing investments across a range of blended capital and impact-focused prospects. The role offers the opportunity to help build a growing investment platform and contribute to the evolution of a sophisticated, purpose-led investment program.




The successful candidate will have at least 8+ years' relevant experience across impact investing, private markets or broader investment management. You will bring strong commercial and analytical capability, with demonstrated experience assessing both financial returns and impact outcomes across a range of investment structures. Experience within impact funds, private equity, family offices, principal investing, private credit or advisory environments will be highly regarded, together with established networks across the impact investment ecosystem. Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion for purpose-led investing and a desire to help shape the future of impact investing in Australia.
