The studio:

The role:




You'll own creative direction across the studio - leading projects from brief to delivery and setting the standard the rest of the team works to.
Expect real strategic weight: pressure-testing briefs before any concept work starts, pushing back when a client's thinking isn't sharp enough, and defending ideas on the strategic thinking behind them, not just the visual polish.
You'll lead pitches and current-business presentations to senior stakeholders, and mentor the wider creative team - art directors, designers, producers - as they grow into bigger roles over time.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Creative Director (or Associate CD/Senior Art Director) in events/experiential
A track record spanning big-format event work and detail-heavy activations
Robust pitch and new-business presentation experience
Experience leading and developing a creative team
