You will lead a team of Enrolled Nurses and collaborate with the Clinical Services Manager to ensure secure, person-centred care that aligns with patient goals and funding programs.
You will supervise nursing staff, conduct assessments, develop and review care plans, and deliver direct care including wound management and health education.
