The Department for Correctional Services in South Australia seeks a General Manager for Port Augusta Prison. You will lead the prison, staff, prisoners and budget, reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive and directing a seven-report leadership team on a three-year contract with relocation support.
You will drive humane, high-performing correctional practices aligned with strategic plans and KPI frameworks, overseeing safety, rehabilitation and stakeholder engagement across a complex workplace.
