Mimecast Australia is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Engineering to lead a regional SE organization across APAC. You will report to the SVP of Global Sales Engineering and partner with regional Go-To-Market teams to win prospects and customers on the technical sell, while adapting the global strategy to local market needs.
You will own headcount planning, mentoring, and budget management, work with reseller partners, and drive continuous learning and technical excellence.
