About the Role
Our client, a leading commercial builder, is seeking an experienced and motivatedHSEQ Advisorto join their team in Perth.
Reporting directly to the HSEQ Manager, this role will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) systems across commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical HSEQ advice to project teams and stakeholders
Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits
Support subcontractors in developing and documenting safe systems of work
Assist Site Managers in reviewing and monitoring subcontractor HSEQ performance
Manage incident and injury reporting, investigation, and follow-up
Contribute to the development and administration of HSEQ management systems
Assist with internal and external audits to maintain compliance standards

with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a team-first mindset
Proven ability to build and maintain skilled relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Current C Class Driver's Licence
Desirable: Relevant trade qualification and/or previous experience within thecommercial construction industry
