We're recruiting on behalf of a growing professional services business who due to continued growth, they are looking for commercially minded HR Sales Support Advisors to join their Sydney team.
This is not a traditional HR role. Instead, you'll use your HR knowledge to support a sales team, meet with prospective clients and help business owners understand the risks and prospects within their workplaces.
What we're looking for
Experience in HR, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations or WHS
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to explain legislation and compliance requirements in simple terms
A consultative approach and commercial mindset
Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Previous advisory, consulting or workplace relations experience will be highly regarded
