A little bit about our role:
We have a newly created role for an
Financial
Accountant
to join our team in Sydney on an initial
6-month fixed term
basis working in a project role. We are seeking a skilled Accountant to assist with management of balance sheets, accounts receivable and payable, billings monthly payroll and oversee the general ledger accounts.
In this role, you will be working across a key project, and you will bring to this role your solid technical skills, high attention to detail, solid communication skills and willingness to learn and have fun!
This role would suit those who are tech savvy, possess strong analytical skills and have demonstrated experience working for a Big 4 firm.
Who You are?
You are an experienced
Financial
Accountant
who is an expert multi-tasker with experience ideally gained in a similar role. You like to be busy and have fun and want to work with a fantastic team!
You are all about the detail and have a solid desire to learn and take the initiative when needed and you will also have:
Demonstrated experience in working for Big 4 firm




Knowledge and experience in accounting ideally 2 years
Experience working with Xero would be highly regarded
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience
Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
Be a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Highly organised and solutions focused
