About the Role
Our client, a global IT services provider, is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead growth of their Infrastructure Management & Security Services (IMSS) business across ANZ. You'll shape and own the strategy across both recent business acquisition and strategic account growth, partnering closely with presales and delivery leadership to structure and close deals that move the needle.
What You'll Bring
Extensive experience in IT services sales, ideally with a strong background in infrastructure and application services within a global delivery model
A solid track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and winning significant current business
Established credibility engaging with senior stakeholders and C level decision makers
A consultative, strategic approach to understanding customer needs and shaping the right solution
Sharp negotiation skills across pricing, contracts, and complex commercial terms
An energetic, resilient, can do leadership style
A genuine interest in giving back to the community, in line with our client's values around integrity, learning, and excellence




What You'll Do
Shape and lead the growth strategy for infrastructure and application services across ANZ
Identify and pursue high value opportunities in target accounts and segments
Own strategic account relationships, driving growth through deep partnership and planning
Build go to market plans with partners, alliances, and internal teams
Stay ahead of industry trends and continually sharpen the value proposition
Own the full sales cycle end to end, from first conversation through to signed contract
